Tuition
and Fees
Because of our increased emphasis on helping 3rd World students, our entire tuition structure is being currently reevaluated.  Dr. Young will
be spending a considerable amount of time during late October and early November with Dr.  Charles Mwape in Zambia, discussing the new
structure, direction and pricing of our educational courses.  Once these meetings have been successfully concluded about mid-November, Dr.
Young will return to America and firmly establish our new rate schedules, but for the time being, our tuition rates for the United States will
be $70.00 per credit hour, so a standard three hour class will cost $210.00 to take.  As outlined elsewhere in our web site, we have made it
possible for you to pay for the class at one time or incrementally, as a Free-Lance student.  We are requesting that U.S. students who choose
to use the Free-Lance approach pay a minimum of $20.00 per class session.  In this way, once all the sessions have been taken in Free-Lance
mode, you would have paid $200.00 of the total $210.00 cost of the class and would only owe an additional $10.00  Tuition rates for students
overseas will be available in the very near future.  Thank you in advance for your patience in this matter.

To
pay for a particular class or selected class sessions, please use the  PayPal button below.  You will be presented with three choices.  If you  
are enrolling in a full class, with all 10 class sessions, please select the Full Class option for the $210.00 tuition cost for the class.  If you are
enrolling as a
Free-Lance student and wish to select and pay only for a single class session, please select the option that says Single Class
Session.
 Due to the programming limitations imposed on us by the PayPal web site, should you wish to pay for more than one class session
at a time, you will need to make individual $20.00 payments.  if, for example, you wanted to pay for class sessions #1 through #3, you would
need to make 3 separate $20.00 payments, specifying each time which class session you are paying for.  If you are a
Full Time, Part-Time or
Audit student in the United States, don't forget that before you can enroll in any classes for the year you must pay the annual $50.00
Registration Fee.  To do so, simply select the
Annual Registration Fee button.  After you have submitted the Annual Registration Fee, you
